Episode Highlight: In this episode, I’m going to share with you the integration journey of my fourth medicine retreat experience with the psychedelic plant medicine, Ayahuasca. This integration period happened during my first full winter in North country, and it had a theme of darkness to it for sure.

Today, I’m going to share with you some of my experiences I went through during the integration period, including a lot of discomfort I had to move through. I’ll also be sharing the compilation of blessings and lessons that came from this integration, and what knowledge I’m working on turning into wisdom in my life and personal transformation moving forward.
