EP 060 - Insights From My First Sweat Lodge Experience

Episode Highlight: In this episode, I’m going to share with you a story, along with some insights I received, from my first sweat lodge experience.  And oh boy, was it an experience! 

I’m sharing this with you to give you some firsthand knowledge of what it’s like to go through a transformational ceremony, to share with you what can come up, and to help you know how you can prepare for and navigate through a ceremony experience.  I certainly had many surprises come up during this sweat lodge, I learned a lot about myself and about these ceremonies, and I was also deeply humbled by the entire experience.
