Episode Highlight: In this episode, I’m going to share with you my third retreat experience with one of the more commonly known psychedelic plant medicines, Ayahuasca.

In the final, Part 3 of this series I’m going to take you through my integration process of this ceremony, from my first night after ceremony all the way through the next 7 weeks up until my next ceremony weekend! This integration period was fast, furious and really unfolded into a story of both deepening into self-love and also opening up to romantic love. It included lots of beautiful manifestation, prayers being answered, connecting more deeply into knowing what I deserve, setting boundaries, standing up for myself, going after what I desire, and opening my heart to love!
