Episode Highlight: In this episode, I’m going to share with you my third retreat experience with one of the more commonly known plant medicines, Grandmother Ayahuasca.

My journey back to a ceremonial sit with grandmother was long awaited, and happened over 15 months after my previous sit with this medicine. And as always, this ceremony found me in divine timing and opened me up to receive many blessings, messages, and divine guidance on my healing and transformation journey.

Today, I’ll be taking you through part 1 of this series, covering what surfaced for healing in ceremony preparation and the intentions I set for ceremony, all leading up to the kick off of my first night with the medicine.
